Capture the current state, talk to stakeholders, document requirements — before discussing solutions.
Weeks 3–6
Concept & pilot
Design the solution, pilot it with a small user group — mistakes in a pilot are cheap, mistakes in a rollout are expensive.
Weeks 7–10
Rollout
Gradual introduction across the team or company, with training and support — not a big bang on a Friday afternoon.
From week 11
Handover & operation
Documentation has been running since day one — your team takes over independently, I stay reachable for questions on request.
